Cecilia Kathleen BessieTANNERPassed away peacefully at Torbay Hospital on Monday 12th January 2026 at Mount Tryon Nursing Home aged 86 years.

Devoted wife of Derek (dec'd). Loving mum of Dale, Karen and Stephen. Much loved grandmother and great grandmother.

Celia will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Her funeral will be held at Torquay Crematorium on Monday 9th February at 1.30pm.
